Dear Friends of the Immigrant: This year 2011 we are commemorating International Workers’ Day on Friday April 29th at 5:00 p.m. on the Commons, Ithaca, New York.
The Tompkins County Immigrant Rights Coalition together with the T.C. Workers’ Center and several Cornell University student organizations invite you to join us to advocate for the rights of workers and immigrants at Cornell University, the City of Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York State and beyond.
We invite all persons to collaborate in our goal to make this April 29th, 2011 a
statement by and on behalf of anyone having their basic human rights violated in their capacity as workers to an employer, immigrants to a nation, or both.
